Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Studio on Sixth St. is an economy stay and walking distance to the heart of downtown Brainerd. The studio is in a house with 3 other units. The studio has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another 2-bedroom Airbnb upstairs (Two Bedroom on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road.

The house is a short one block walk to Gull Lake where you can swim, fish, or sit on the pier. Just a few minutes drive into the city of Brainerd and quaint shops and restaurants in Nisswa. Gull lake is 17,000+ acres of recreation. Grandview golf courses and Glacial Waters Spa are a short cruise across the lake or a 5 minute drive.
