Villa Helios à Belle Mare

Villa HELIOS: Belle villa de charme pieds dans l'eau à Belle Mare (maximum 4 Adultes- 4 enfants) Magnifique villa en toiture de chaume à Belle Mare, pieds dans l'eau. Si vous souhaitez des vacances décontractées à la mauricienne, cette maison familiale est parfaite! Elle fait face au nord et est abritée des vents généraux. Vue fantastique sur le lagon, cette villa a le luxe d'être sur la même plage que la villa présidentielle du One & Only St Géran. Vous aurez à proximité les meilleures tables de l'ile dans les hôtels 5 étoiles ( réservations à faire en avance), tout en bénéficiant du calme de cette villa. Calme, intimité, farniente pour vos vacances… Une femme de ménage travaille du lundi au samedi 5 heures par jour hormis jours fériés. Elle s'occupe du ménage, de la literie, et est une excellente cuisinière qui pourra vous préparer le petit déjeuner et un repas ( ingrédients à être fournis par vos soins). Elle cuisine des plats typiques de chez nous. Si vous avez besoin de transfert, de location de voiture, de massages en villa de visites dans l'ile ou balades en bateau, je serai ravie de vous aider dans vos réservations . Golf, pèche aux gros, kite surf, excursions en bateau ou Balades équestres à proximité de la villa. Une belle balade à L'ile aux cerfs n'est qu'à 20 minutes de la villa, ainsi que son village typique de Trou d'eau Douce. Vous pourrez trouver de nombreux centres de plongées dans les hôtels avoisinants. Il y a une centre nautique à 5 minutes de la villa qui propose de la plongée avec tuba dans le parc marin de Belle Mare, du parasailing, de la bouée tractée, marche sous l'eau, mais également journée privée avec skipper dans un bateau. Voiture de location conseillée. À partir du 1 octobre 2025, une tax de 3 euros par touriste/ nuit sera collectée en espèces sur place. Cette tax ne concerne pas les enfants de moins de 12 ans.

Beach Villa at Palmar

The house is ideally located on one of the nicest beaches and top kitesurfing spot of Mauritius! The lagoon in front offers crystal clear blue water for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. We form part of a small bungalow complex and our house is the 2nd one from the beach(which is 30-40m away with direct access). The house comprises of a large open space living - dining and kitchen with a small private garden. On the 1st floor there are three ensuite bedrooms with sea views for two of them.

Villa Eva is located on a quiet and almost private beach in Belle Mare, ideally for a couple, honeymooners, families or a group of friends up to 8. In particular it is great for long walks on one of the most beautiful beaches followed by creeks and luxury villas. Villa Eva lays in a Bay which looks north and is therefore secluded from the winds in winter, so that you can enjoy the terrace and beach throughout the year. Well known Golf courses are at proximity.Grand Bay at only 25 minutes by car
