Located in Florence, the antique capital of Colorado, our little studio apartment has big personality. It's the perfect size for a couple or small family. You can warm breakfast in the kitchenette and enjoy eating outside on the private attached balcony. After a hard day of playing at our areas numerous attractions (hiking, mountain biking, white river rafting, Royal Gorge Tourist Train, and the Royal Gorge Bridge to name a few), a comfortable bed awaits you in a cozy home away from home.

River Bluff Cottage

French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

The French Country Gem

The French Country Gem is located on the second floor of a newly renovated building built in 1896. It served the needs of a city bursting at the seams from an oil, coal, and gold rush. Its vintage charm has remained intact with its hardwood floors, transom windows, pocket doors, and exposed original brick. Modern comforts were added such as an oversized bed, open floor plan, A/C, and WiFi. Located 1 block off of Main Street makes it an easy to walk to all the shops & eateries.

Experience real Western ranch life in a cozy cabin at Hat Stretcher Ranch. Breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains await you from the porch of this very private cabin. A true working Tennessee Walking Horse ranch, we offer bird's eye views of the barn activities, beautiful horses grazing and requisite cattle dogs. Guests can hike over 150 acres and enjoy Beaver Creek flowing through the ranch. Grab your boots and come experience this little slice of Western paradise!
