Stone-messonette consists of two floors, ground floor has kitchen, large living room and a bathroom, upper floor cosists of three large bedrooms with great sea-view, hall and bathroom. The house has approximately 130 meters distance from Loutsa beach (5 min walking or 1 min by car) and it is also near Finikounda (about 1,5 km 3-5 min by car or 15 min walking). There is also a terrace outside with shade and sea view. Parking place. Not suitable for disable people since there are steps.

Foinikounta Central Beach Villa-Peace & Proximity

Finikounda is a beautiful seaside resort town. Our home is built to capitalize on outdoor summer living with massive upper and lower verandas. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and the bedrooms have lots of closet space. The upper bedrooms have great views. Open your door and you will probably see a sailboat or a yacht docked right in the main bay. There is a TV in the main bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room. There are also three AC's for your individual preferences.

Our home is in the center of Finikounda, only a few steps from the beach ;) We have a big balcony with amazing sea view and of corse our purple bougainvillea. Near there are traditional restaurants , cafe's& snack which they serve you on the beach and some bars. Our family runs the Camping Thines in Finikounda, so we know about hospitality *Greek law requires to give us your Passport Number. This newly renovated(2024) apartment right on the beach offers a wonderful sea view from the balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a sofa which opens and becomes a bed for two people. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for a family vacation. Finikounda is a popular tourist area with many great places to visit and beautiful beaches. The location is ideal and the view amazing!
