My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

Waterfront Paradise - Bay Sunsets - Rejuvenate

Visit this Bayfront Water World to enjoy all Mobile Bay has to offer. Activities in the palm of your hand include kayaking, fishing, bird watching, and deep relaxation. Within 3 miles our less are public parks, public beaches, a boat launch, fishing charters and Pelican Point (aptly named) . Take the family to Weeks Bay National Reserve for a fun ecology lesson or run into downtown Fairhope for shopping and dinner. Porch provides front row seats to infamous Bay Sunsets as you unwind the day.

Turquoise Cottage on the Bon Secour River!

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage. Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Miles of walking paths along the water where we watch the Blue Angels practice. Navy Point has great fishing, a boat ramp, 20 min to beaches, & 10 min to downtown. See our guidebook for local spots.

We are renting out our newly remodeled cottage on our property. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Our cottage has a full kitchen and 2 separate porches to sit and relax. A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area. The Cabin on the River

Come and enjoy a few nights of fun and fishing on Fish River. Our river cabin is able to comfortably sleep two adults. The kitchen is fully functional as well as an outdoor charcoal grill. A large covered porch is an inviting place to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of the river. The cabin does not sit on the river, but we have a beautiful boathouse and pier to enjoy.
