Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it. The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

It was updated in 2025 and contains a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, one queen bed and fold-out sofa, electric fireplace, two AC units, and two 45" TVs. It has year-around WIFI, YouTube TV, and is a short walk to the swimming beach and public pool. It also has a large outdoor patio w/fire pit, wood, and Bluetooth speakers, and small dogs are welcome.
