La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Construits au XVIe siècle en bord de Loire, le Manoir de Thiot et sa maison d'amis se dressent dans un cadre champêtre paisible et verdoyant. À quelques minutes seulement de Nevers, le domaine de 3 ha est un joli vestige d'un pan de l'histoire bourguignonne que nous avons pris soin de restaurer en 2020. Il est agrémenté d'une grande piscine chauffée de fin avril à début octobre (si les températures nocturnes dépassent les 10°), ainsi que d'un beau jardin.
