At the end of a mile and a half dirt (well plowed) road lies a spacious (3000 sf) rustic-styled, fully modernized house in the middle of the 250 acre Lakefalls Estate. Guests rave about the beautiful grounds, the quiet beauty of the lake and woodlands, the variety of activities in all seasons. Snowshoes and spikes are provided for winter walking, and free kayaks and canoes are available for guest use in warmer weather. Enjoy a Solo stove on the deck. And "the star-gazing is beyond incredible".

Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Little Lake house, situated right next to a serene lake, boasted luxury and spectacular water views. It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

A charming lake house with a magnificent view of a ski mountain — Wachusett Ski Resort (voted #1 in MA). Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Charming House on 7 Acres in Rural New Hampshire

This magical place has been our home away from home for twenty years and we are excited to share it with you. We hope you'll experience the same time-out-of-time feeling we get when sitting out on the deck in the early morning or looking up on a moonless night as the Milky Way snakes its way across the dark sky. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.
