After spending the last few years only on Airbnb and having great experiences, we have decided to share our seldom used apartment with dear guests. For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. If you book up to 2 people, the double bed is always prepared! Sofa bed only on request for the 2nd person as it has to be pulled out and prepared! It is a 30sqm 1 room apartment/condo. There is no separate bedroom. Mein Bootshaus - Auszeit ohne andere Gäste

Mein Bootshaus ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Es lädt dazu ein, ganz für sich zu sein, den Alltag zu vergessen und liegt in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Darmstadt und Frankfurt. Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Gardenview

Du bewohnst dein eigenes kleines Häuschen mit privatem Eingang. Es verfügt über WC, Waschbecken und Dusche, Sauna auf Anfrage (20€ extra) und einen kleinen, wunderschönen Garten. Der Wohnraum hat eine bequeme Schlafcouch (1,4x2m), TV, DVD und eine gute Musikanlage. Eine weitere Schlafgelegenheit (2 x2m) gibt es im oberen Bereich. Es handelt sich um einen privaten Haushalt, wir freuen uns über Gäste und versuchen stets, eine persönliche Begrüßung zu ermöglichen.

The apartment was built in 2021 and is located in a 4th floor with 2 elevators. The apartment is 44 square meters (465 sq. f.) with a living, dining and kitchen area, a separate bedroom with private restroom. There is an extra sofa in the living room, where a third person could sleep.
