Our area offers stunning views of Kachamack bay, our small ranch and peony farm. Sunshine Homestead

Feel the joy when you sleep under the stars on Sunshine Drive in Happy Valley! The yurt is 16' and 4-season insulated, complete with stove, microwave, running water, an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, and patio. This is a private yurt on a quiet road that welcomes well mannered dogs. There is a tiny, single person A-frame also available to rent nearby. Restroom is a lit outhouse with parking. The yurt in on Sunshine Homestead, just down the driveway, where I raise hens, and a large garden.

The Bear Paw Studio is designed as an apartment with a private entrance, the ability to accommodate a family of 4, or 2 couples very comfortably, and is built with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom.
