Located in the small town of Clinton KY this Tiny home is located right on the Scenic Trail of Tears, and only 15 mins away from Columbus State Park and only 30 mins to Union City, TN or Paducah, KY. For those who want adventure Area 252 Riding Park is only 20 minutes away. Looking for something quiet and tranquil but still a short drive to all the fun things this is the place. Two bedrooms, master being a queen size bed and guest is a full size bed, one bathroom, kitchen and living area.

Our spacious, cozy cottage is perfect for the whole family or group of friends. A quaint 1940s home features original hardwood floors and updated features throughout. Located in the heart of Fulton Kentucky, 3 minutes from “Twin Cities” downtown, which includes restaurants, shopping, park, playground, and more! Conveniently located near Union City, Martin, and Murray. Walk across the street to enjoy a baseball game at “The Yard” ballpark of the Fulton Railroaders. Police station in sight.

Rivertown Getaway

Great location in the middle of town. Easy walk to the downtown area that offers great history on area with a museum & historic one room schoolhouse, take a walk along the beautiful Mississippi River, check out Veterans Park, etc., so much do to and see! This home can sleep 4 comfortably and accommodate 2 more guest with a blowup air mattress that is on site. Inside you will find new appliances, bedding, and linens. The outside is a work in progress! No smoking or pets allowed.

River Bend Guest House

Two bedroom home that sleeps 7-8 comfortably. Can sleep 10 if roll away beds are used. Fully furnished. Sheets, blankets, towels etc supplied. Soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Smoking not allowed in the house but there is an enclosed porch where smoking is allowed. Baseboard heat. Window Air conditioners. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed.
