Within five minutes walk lies Moor Park which is excellent for walking with or without dogs. Also in close proximity are UCLAN, Royal Preston Hospital, and BAE. The motorway junction is 2 miles away taking you to Blackpool within 30 minutes (Via M55) and to the Lake District within 60 minutes (M6)

In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. The main bedroom has a double bed and there is also a double bed in the second bedroom. The third room has a desk and chair so can be used as a space for remote working.
