I en del av Masia del Romeral finns en fristående lägenhet med två sovrum med 150 cm breda sängar. I ett sovrum finns även en 90 cm-säng. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa som kan användas för komfort, men ej som officiell sovplats. Lägenheten har kök med matplats, badrum med dusch och en privat uteplats. Gäster har tillgång till en 6 × 12 m pool (maj-Oktober) som delas med värdfamiljen. I ett sovrum finns luftkonditionering, i det andra en fläkt. Número de registro en trámite: GVRTE/2025/4909740

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.
