Drive to the city centre takes 15 min by car, 25 min by bus. Parking is free at the property alongside a 220W socket. Access to the sauna at any time. The guest house has all necessary amenieties to enjoy a peaceful stay to unwind and get away from the hussle of the city. Enjoy the river, forests and nearby lakes.

Features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), a private terrace with a grill, and a green outdoor setting. For kids – swings and a trampoline. Inflatable bouncy castle available for an additional fee of €30. Great location – only 1.7 km from Cesis Old Town, about a 20-minute walk to the castle ruins, cafés, and nature trails. Perfect for a relaxing getaway close to nature and the city.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga (24m2), kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib inimestele, kes naudivad privaatsust looduses ja omaette 30m2 terrassi männipuu all. Hooviala on ligi 10 000m2. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja self-check-in. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1,5h. Joogivesi tasub kaasa võtta. Peale sauna saate nautida värskendavat suplust tiigis.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
