This stunning seaside property is the perfect place to relax in comfort to enjoy your adults break-away. All the region's many offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD. *Note* 05/11/2025. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
