Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

It is high enough to watch the wildlife in the pond, but not too high that you become disconnected. The pond creates a perfect ecosystem for many forms of wildlife at the resort. Watch the turtles on a sunny day as they surface to sunbathe, or listen to the frogs serenading in the evening

Our home is located 1.9 miles to the ocean! It is in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Our home has a cozy feel with touches of the coastal life. There is WiFi, tv’s provided in every bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen for those that love to dine in. Out back we have extra seating for relaxing and a grill for those that enjoy a good cook out. We hope you will enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful town of Surfside.
