Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. PRIVATE POOL, hot tub, sauna, fenced & screened porch. 5 BRS - Captains Quarters (1st Fl/K), Seahorse Sanctuary (1st Fl/K), Hollywood Room (1st Fl/Q), Octopus Outlook (2nd Fl/K) & Sea Turtle (2nd Fl/2 TXLs). Dogs allowed - $35 per dog, per visit billed separately. In the woods between the ocean & the ICWW. More like a camping vacation than a high end beach resort. The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Located 5 minutes from Huntington Beach State Park and the famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, this 3 BR comfy cottage is close enough to smell the ocean, but far enough to avoid the crowds of Myrtle Beach. The cottage sleeps 8 and has everything you could need for a day at the beach (towels, umbrella, etc.) as well as a Huntington Beach SP access pass (saves $30 a day for a family of 5). 5 min. to Brook Green Gardens and amazing local dining. 20 min to Myrtle Beach and the airport!
