The house is a historic building wich has been renovated to preserve the charm and feel of days gone bye, combined with the comfort of modern times. There are six comfortable single rooms on the 2nd floor of the building on offer, they are about 12 sqm in size each. All the rooms contain a single bed, cupboard, desk and cable-TV. Outside the rooms four small kitchenettes equipped with a water boiler, dishes, microwave and a small grill are available to all the guests. Guests who want to cook for themselves are welcome to use the small kitchen in the cellar of the building. All the rooms are cleaned up on a daily basis.

Wir bieten eines unserer sehr schönen und gemütlichen Gästezimmer an. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen umringt von einer Pferdewiese im Ort Holte-Spangen. Das Haus wurde 1885 erbaut und war in seiner Geschichte bereits Dorfschule, Dorfschenke und Altersheim, bevor wir es 2022 liebevoll zu einer Wohngemeinschaft mit Gästezimmern umgebaut haben. Wald, Naturschutzgebiet und Küstenheide befinden sich fußläufig hinter dem Haus (1km) und das Meer (5km) ist mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.

"Mittagblick" is 75 m² and suitable for 1-5 people. It offers high, bright rooms, cozy corners and a covered southwest-facing balcony with unobstructed mountain views. One room with an open foot double bed and space for a baby crib, one room with 2 single beds, separate fully equipped kitchen, living area with corner bench, sofa bed and TV. You can enjoy your barbecue in the large garden. Playground equipment, parking spaces, W-Lan and, if required, baby equipment are available free of charge.

Gästehaus Lichtblick mit Kamin (Stiepelse)

Das Ferienhaus steht etwas abseits des Haupthauses Lichtblick. Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

Der Gasthof (Kretscham) Tauchritz ist ungefähr 300m vom See entfernt. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 6 Schlafzimmer und ein Gemeinschaftsbad, im Erdgeschoss die Küche und 2 Gasträume. Wir bauen mit natürlichen Materialien. Das Außengelände ist großzügig, es gibt einen Grillplatz mit Feuerschale und beschattete Sitzplätze im Hof. Der Gasthof ist noch nicht fertig, aber alles funktioniert gut - ein spannender Ort für Ausflüge mit Gruppen oder Freunden.

Room 3 with stepless interior is located in Reichenau and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 25 m² accommodation consists of a bedroom and a bathroom and therefore offers space for 3 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a fan. Please note that the room does not have its own kitchen. However, there is a separate, spacious communal kitchen next to the breakfast room.

Located on the 1st floor above a small café room with access to the garden and stream, the spacious room features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a sofa bed (1.40 m), and a dining area. The bathroom with natural light is on the ground floor and easily reached via a wide staircase.
