There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Le spiagge possono essere raggiunte anche tramite bus navette. Vi potrà piacere per la posizione e la tranquillità che trasmette. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie. Appartamento a piano terra, in villetta bifamiliare, ubicato nel cuore della Contrada Laura, a circa 450 metri da una bellissima spiaggia e a 250 mt da market, bar, rosticceria e ristoranti/pizzeria. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone in 3 camere da letto e munito di comodi 2 posti auto recintati. Le 2 corti esterne, abbellite con fiori e arredate con tavoli e sedie, barbecue in muratura e seconda doccia , consentono una piacevole permanenza sia al sole che all'ombra avendo diversa esposizione.
