My house has lovely views of Dempster Head Rock and the stunning cobalt waters of West Beach. Our street is quiet, just up the hill from the CBD, away from shops. Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

The flow from inside to the outside area makes it perfect for BBQ dinners, and enjoying the warmer weather in summer under the patio. The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Our "Cosy Corner" (granny flat) is located at the back of our property, right in town—within easy walking distance to the city center and the foreshore. It features a queen-size bed, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a private ensuite bathroom. The studio has its own separate entrance, though the backyard is shared with the main house.
