Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Beautiful nature sights and the 378 Bar & Grill is just across the way. Head into Lexington for many shopping centers and grocery stores. 20 minutes for HWY I-20. Tenants have access to the walking trail, picnic area, and park. There is no boat parking on the dock or in the driveway. You will need to rent a slip at the Marina down the road.
