Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

The kitchen has an island that seats four as well as a small dining table. The back patio also has an outside dining table for four. The hot tub is also included in all bookings.
