Escape off grid to this secluded self contained large studio room deep in the countryside in Galloway . The accommodation is an annex of our own home and has its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom complete with shower and bath, in a studio format. We are situated on a small holding far from the maddening crowds and under the Galloway dark sky where on a clear night you can see the milky way and an array of stars . We welcome well behaved dogs however they should not be left alone .

Rose Cottage is a unique 18th Century lime washed stone cottage located a short distance from Whiting Bay. As a Category B listed building of architectural and historic interest, Rose Cottage is believed to be a long house typical of the Western Isles. Accommodation comprises a large open plan lounge area with galleried mezzanine, kitchen, bathroom and one double room.

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away.
