Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

3-bedroom apartment is distinguished by its tasteful, light furnishings and layout that adds to its airiness and brightness. Since the family lives here during the off-season, the whole space is furnished and equipped for practicality and livability. It is conveniently located in the lowest part if the residential district of Akoumaros, located on the eastern edge of Gytheio near Mavrovouni. Μunicipal tax November to February 2.00 per night March to October 8.00 per night.

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως το 2018. Αποτελείται από δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με καθιστικό. Επιπλέον διαθέτουμε και ένα παρκοκρέβατο.
