Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

Perched in an elevated position on Queen’s Promenade, Belavista is a spacious holiday apartment offering spectacular views across the Douglas Bay. Its contemporary interior, in a monochromatic palette, allows the sea and landscape to take center stage. The space also hosts rotating artworks, inviting guests to live with the art and appreciate it beyond the fleeting experience of a traditional gallery. The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

The property features an open-plan living space , complete with kitchenette and a separate modern shower room. You're only 10-minute journey from Douglas; Ideal for a luxurious glamping experience, this is a place to recharge, reflect, and rediscover the simple pleasures.

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

With plenty of private off-road parking, steam room, double Juliette balconies and beautiful views. In the heart of Ramsey. A 5 minute walk to the TT course (if that’s your thing!). Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Millennium Cottage - Crosby

Fully kitted cottage with 2 bedrooms with en-suites, each have a shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and tumble dryer. Lounge with Smart TV and enclosed garden. Situated close to a CO-OP, The Crosby Pub and a Costa all within 250 meters. TT course is a mere 70 meters away.

Garwick Cottage, West Baldwin (Annexe)

Beautiful cottage in West Baldwin. Ten minute drive from Douglas. Glorious walks, dark skies and so peaceful. A covered dining area near the river and birdsong can be enjoyed in any weather. Five minute drive/30 minute walk from Nobles hospital.
