Slad - lovely rural views

We have lived in Slad since 1985, it is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year - our guests can explore the lovely valley and surrounding countryside; we're two miles from Stroud. Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds are within easy reach. We have really enjoyed being Airbnb hosts for over 5 years ; we have two rooms available with double beds (but also suitable for single visitors). We have a lovely, lively collie Zelda, so are now getting lots of Slad walks ourselves too!

ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS GUARANTEED. Daylesford and several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks straight from the door

Cosy Cottage in a Beautiful Village

2 Little Orchard is situation in Stanton, one of the prettiest and unspoilt villages in the Cotwolds. The Mount Inn is a 10 minute walk away and has stunning view and wonderful home cooked food. Broadway is just under 3 miles away with more pubs, cafes and shops. Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course

Large double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

We are at a great location just off junction 11 of the M5, with regular buses to Cheltenham and Gloucester and coaches to London. The room has been freshly decorated and carpeted. It has lots of storage, a work desk, ample sockets, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The en-suite has a large hand basin, toilet, and shower. We serve continental breakfast in the morning which you can have in your room or downstairs in the large kitchen /diner. Use of the kitchen by arrangement.

It's a peaceful neighborhood on the south side of the town with lively Bath Road - local shops, restaurants and pubs, only a 7 mins walk away and the center of Cheltenham a lovely 15 mins walk or 5 mins drive or bus ride. There is off road parking available on the driveway.
