The property is only a two minute walk from the main high street of the town with its shops, museums and historic buildings. It is also within easy, level walking distance to the two train stations and many bus routes. A free parking space included allows guests to visit all areas of the county with ease.

The cabin is under two oaks and is very picturesque and is completely on its own. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with access to a great range of footpaths and pub a short walk away.There are a herd of friendly local deer on site that you can be introduced too, we do not allow dogs

The Garden Retreat is a self contained dwelling, at the end of our garden. In a quiet residential area of Dorchester, in the summer there may be some noise from the surrounding gardens. Access from the road, leads directly to the Garden Retreat. We are in easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) from the centre of Dorchester. here you will find Cafes, restaurants and shops Dorchester is an historic town, with many place of interest. No Visitors. No smoking or vaping, on the premises. No pets.

Shepherd's Cottage

Shepherd's cottage is a delightfully cosy annexe with it's own private entrance and own cottage garden. Tucked away on a no through road, that leads directly onto a bridleway and footpaths, Shepherd's cottage makes an ideal place to stay for those who simply want to get away from it all. We welcome 2 small dogs ( pet fee applies) and horses - with a choice of fields to keep your horse in ( additional charge of £25 per night for horses). Complimentary bottle of wine on stays of 4 nights or more.

The conversion was completed in early 2012 using locally reclaimed materials and keeping many of the original features. The Barn is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer, the detached Barn has a large open-plan lounge and kitchen with views towards the local hills. The two bedrooms (one double with bath, one twin with shower) overlook paddocks where sheep graze and chicken forage.

This property is a beautifully converted garage. It is detached at the front of the property and you have complete privacy. You can park your car directly in front of the Airbnb where there is seating for Airbnb use only. It is a very quiet village and at night if you switch all the lights off and it is a clear night you can see the Milky Way. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development.
