The house is 150 m from the Playa Carbonera, a 15 minute beautiful walk to Playa Pan Dulce and a 10 minute drive to Playa Matapalo beach. The home is completely off the grid, generating its power from solar, and has many modern conveniences including full size fridge, industrial stove, solar hot water, wifi and a brand new dipping pool off of the deck.

Nestled amidst nature, it boasts incredible views of the Golfo Dulce and the Corcovado mountains, abundant bird and mammal wildlife, and complete privacy. Located 12 km from downtown Puerto Jiménez, our house has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Breakfast is included in the price. 4x4 recommended, but not required.

Casa del Bambu: A spacious retreat with a king bed in the bedroom, a twin bed in the living room (another second twin bed upon request), A/C, two smart TVs, high-speed Starlink WiFi, a large bath with a hot shower, and hot water at every faucet. This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
