Our villa is spread across two spacious floors, designed for comfort and relaxation. The Ground Floor - The heart of the house is an open-concept living area featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

Upper floor with 2 bedrooms 1 queen size bed and 2 singular beds,bedsofa for 2, bathroom and a small kitchen with a living room. Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.

House Jurjevic - whole house with yard&parking

House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away
