Udaljena je od ceste, na osami te je pogodna za uživanje i opuštanje tijekom cijele godine. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Temperatura u bazenu je uvijek iznad 25C. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište.
