Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Just a short walk from Gouverneur’s Main Street, this charming apartment is the ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing and kayaking with public access across the bridge. Grill is also available upon request. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your cooking needs and stocked with light snacks to enjoy during your stay. As the owners, we live downstairs and are available if needed. Though we share the same building, your privacy is our top priority.

3 bedroom country home in Hammond NY

3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room for the family, centrally located to Black Lake, Alex Bay and Clayton attractions. Originally built in the early 1900s with several updates. AC, WiFi, smart tvs in each bedroom and the living room. A spacious kitchen with all basic cooking essentials, a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Bathroom downstairs with stand up shower, upstairs bathroom with tub/shower. Outdoor deck with seating and propane grill and an outside fire pit, (bring your own wood)

Solomon House

Welcome to the Solomon House, built in 1901, located in the heart of Saint Lawrence County, New York. This two-story three bedroom home can sleep 8. A full bath on the first floor has a deep soaking tub with shower. The half bath is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a full dining room that can seat eight at the table along with an eat in, fully equipped kitchen. A designated workspace with Wi-Fi along with a very comfortable living room will complete your stay.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Carthage Cabin Getaway

Want to be walking distance from town but still feel like you’re in the woods? Want the amenities of home while you’re away from home? Look no further! Right on the edge of West Carthage (Champion) mostly surrounded by woods and farmland you’ll find this cabin still within a half mile of two grocery stores, two gas stations, and three fast food places. Also less than 8 miles from the airfield gate for anyone looking to visit Ft Drum and roughly 20 mins to Watertown.

A good fit for elderly guests with the handicap whirlpool and 4’ shower. The main bedroom is on the first floor! There are also two private bedrooms upstairs. The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Great fishing and hunting year round, 300 personal acres plus another 2500 acres of State Land for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, hunting, observation of wildlife or just relaxing.
