The basement includes a kitchen with a dining area, pantry, bathroom, and a terrace with a BBQ. This ad is for this lower 2-floor apartment only. Parking is available in the garage and outside.

All I wish during my summer holiday is that the apartment is clean, with free AC, free WiFi, bed linen and extras like two bikes, a baby crib, PlayStation and Netflix in case of days with bad weather. Yes, I offer all of that to all my guests.
