A spacious, luxury townhome on the southwest side of Moab with easy access to downtown plus iconic sites such as Arches National Park, Dead Horse Point, & Canyonlands. La Sal Mountains are close by while in the other direction lies access to the CO River and the contoured landscape that it has carved in the red rock. This townhome is in the middle of a recreation wonderland with Jeeping, Sidexsides, MTN biking, hiking trails, Golf, & more.

Comfort and Elegance in Castillo 3BR / Location!

This comfortable, well-maintained, beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA townhouse alongside the Moab Golf Course, is a home away from home in the perfect location just 4 miles south of town on the EAST side of the valley, ten minutes from Center and Main St. We have a gated patio and our own back yard. Castillo is an 18 unit project that was very well laid out with lawn, trees, one of the nicer pools with fewer people to share it, and close to the nature you come here to see. Check out the photos.

Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.
