The Branson House-Irvin Suite

The Branson House was built between 1885-1890 by Irvin Love for his new bride Hettie Pearman and her two children. The house and Carriage House have been completely renovated. The carriage house was in extreme disrepair and the majority of the exterior brickwork was able to be preserved. The interior has been converted into 3 guest rooms with private attached bathrooms for each guest room. The foyer has a shared space with a small kitchenette and complimentary coffee bar. This home is located in the heart of Indiana with lots to explore. Learn about the city’s history at the downtown museum located within the city library. Visit the James Dean Gallery, Quilter’s Hall of Fame, or the Historic Hostess House. Walk through beautiful Matter Park Gardens, take an adventure on the Cardinal Greenway Trail (bikes welcomed), or go on a scavenger hunt for the 14 Garfield Statues. There is plenty of fun available nearby!

This home is comfortable and stylish home with many amenities and is in an ultra-convenient location - a stone's throw from Indiana Wesleyan University, dining and shopping. Guests will love the open floor layout, full kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TV, and large beds with premium mattresses, pillows, and linens. You will feel right at home at Lindsay’s Landing. (Note: upon request, pets are welcome for a fee of $12/pet/night.)

Enjoy walking access to popular restaurants when you stay at this charming place. This is a brand new house in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful acacia hard wood floors downstairs with dual pane glass picture windows. The interior style is eclectic with items hand picked from second hand shops. There are also brand new top quality king size beds and bedding. Breakfast made by chef to order please tell me your food allergies.

Only two blocks from Indiana Wesleyan University campus, you can bring the whole family with lots of room for fun. Enjoy meals with a stocked kitchen, a fire pit, family games, book nook, and office. Everyone gets a comfortable Serta Mattress with 3 kings and 4 twins to choose from.
