This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

There are plenty of beautiful walks and fascinating places to visit nearby, including medieval Lavenham, the old market town of Sudbury with is fabulous Gainsborough museum, and Bury St Edmunds and its fine Abbey.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, you can walk the Stour Valley Path, cycle to nearby villages like Lavenham or Long Melford, or paddle board along the Stour River opposite. Sudbury area is very dog friendly and you can enjoy most pubs and restaurants with your pooch. We are close to historical towns of Long melford and Lavenham. 10 minute walk to town and shops 15 minute walk to bus and train station 1-2 minute walk to restaurants 1-2 minute walk to meadows and footpaths
