Beautiful home with lots of space to enjoy your visit to Paragould. Each bedroom has an attached bath, the kitchen has new appliances and is well appointed. Centrally located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Just 20 minutes from Jonesboro. The basement has a spacious den with a dedicated workspace, bedroom and a bathroom/utility room. The upstairs has a spacious master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 2 baths, living room, eat in kitchen and a quaint dogtrot porch.

Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. East of Eden Lodge is a rustic get away just two minutes from historic Delaplaine. Fishing, deer and duck hunting make this area a popular get away in winter. Lake Ashbaugh, Dave Donaldson WMA, Black River and Cache River are located within 5 miles of the lodge. Rice is the main crop on the farm, duck hunting is available on one of our rice fields for $50 per day. The farm is also host to a variety of farm animals livestock and domestic.
