The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

Halletts Valley Hideaway

Charmaine and Steve are the hosts at Halletts Valley Hideaway - a luxurious self-contained cottage tucked away amidst vineyards on the outskirts of Tanunda, in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley. The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

WHISTLER VINEYARD RETREAT

Set on 80acres in the heart of the Barossa Valley this private, self-contained guest wing is surrounded by vineyard and gardens. Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

Miriam's Cottage self contained Bed and Breakfast

This lovely 1920's cottage is located in a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Tanunda. Miriam's is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants such as Ferment Asian, 1918, Musque and cafe's. Also walking distance to Langmeil winery, Peter Lehmann, Z Wines etc Breakfast provisions are there for guests to either have a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms or continental breakfast. Included is also a cheese plate and bottle of wine. Firepit only supplied when seasonal.

Para River Cottage

‘Para River Cottage’ Built in 1920 overlooking the gum studded cliff face of the North Para River, this quaint and cosy cottage has been elegantly restored for your fulfilment. Embrace the quiet rural feel of native birdsong and scattered sheep across the way, all whilst being within a short stroll of the heart of Tanunda. It’s a great spot to discover the Barossa Valley and a lovely neighbourhood. I have so many great memories here, and I’m convinced that you will too.

The Rusty Olive is an intimate lovers retreat nestled in the heart of Angaston, one of the most beautiful towns in the Barossa Valley wine and food region. The cottage is located in a quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, wine and cheese bars, smokehouse, bakeries and Italian cooking school. Only an hour's drive north-east of Adelaide, The Rusty Olive is the perfect base for exploring the world famous Barossa Valley and ideal for a romantic getaway.

A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

BnB on Barkey

This cute little flat is in walking distance to five wineries , local pub, local shop and restaurant. Disabled friendly with assistance bars either side of the toilet and a very large shower with assistance bar. Would suit Singles, Couples or Couple with one or two small children. Enjoy what the barossa has to offer within a short walk away! Please note this is strictly a Non Smoking accomodation.

Juniper Grove • Adelaide Hills Log Cabin

Juniper Grove is a thoughtful little log cabin, nestled in the Adelaide Hills. Originally built by hand in the 1970s and lovingly restored over the past year, this place is a rich, thoughtful one that you won't want to leave. Think floor to ceiling wood, board games aplenty, cozy flax-linen sheets, birdsong and the call of native birds as you rest and recharge.

Situated at the home of Tomfoolery Wines in the Barossa Valley, this newly renovated cottage is only about an hours drive north of Adelaide. Located on the 20 acre winery property it is complete with all of the luxuries to enjoy your time away, including a king sized bed, a large spa, robes, Sheridan towels, wine and a full lounge area to relax in.
