Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

This newly renovated stylish bungalow is steps from the 28 mile paved Swamp Rabbit biking trail! You can walk to a handful of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and brewery located in downtown Travelers Rest. Check out the Farmers Market and live music on the weekend. This house has a fire pit, fenced in yard and screened porch. Central location to Furman, Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park, and all the upstate has to offer. Rent a bike and ride into Greenville to beautiful Falls Park!

The backyard is fully fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence, making it great for kids and pets to play! Downtown Greenville is 5 minutes by car or you can ride your bike all the way into town along the swamp rabbit trail. If you need to work, the house has high speed internet. Pets allowed.
