When sitting on the spacious, partially-covered deck you can see the beauty of Greers Ferry Lake as well as the Narrow's Bridge. If you're quiet, you might see deer, road-runners, squirrels, and many other animals. If you're in town for the Lake, this scenic cabin is only a 5-min drive to Lacey's Marina and 12-min drive to Sugarloaf.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Flo’s Lakefront Getaway...right on the water

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.
