Via de trap kom je uit in een volledig ingerichte keuken met o.a. afwasmachine, Nespresso-apparaat en wasmachine. Links is de badkamer met regendouche, wastafel en toilet. De slaapkamer heeft voldoende kastruimte en bevat een 2-persoons boxspring. In de woonkamer vindt u een eettafel, tv en slaapbank. Ook kunt u genieten van de grote privé-voortuin met loungehoek en eettafel.

Een eigen keukentje met koffie en thee, koelkast en oven/magnetron, een eetkamer met toegang tot de intieme stadstuin vol bloemen. Privacy met een eigen badkamer en toilet. Je bent binnen 5 minuten in het centrumgebied gelopen!

Op loopafstand het Noorderplantsoen, de Vismarkt en de Grote markt op 1 km en het Stadspark op 1,5 km. U kunt gebruik maken van het terras. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, zelf inchecken d.m.v. sleutelkluisje. 2- persoons bed (auping) van 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. Keuken met koelkast, magnetron, inductiekookplaat, waterkoker en Nespresso apparaat.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.
