Parcheggio gratuito su strada pubblico. 300 metri il comune. 30 metri, il commissariato di Polizia. 500 metri la stazione treni di Guidonia, arriva a Roma in 30-45 min, Roma Tiburtina. Possibilità di aggiunta del divano letto con costo aggiuntivo 20€ a prenotazione.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate max 4 people and has of 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen corner a bathroom with shower and a large parking. Our property is situated about 10 km from the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, where the Ryder Cup in 2023 will be osted. ID Code 5581.

Fai un tuffo nel passato in questo spazio unico ricco di storia. La Casa di Lu’ si trova a Tivoli, Piazza D. Tani, nel centro storico medievale. E’ una piazza molto antica le cui memorie possono essere datate all’epoca romana. La casa, ubicata all’interno di Palazzo Coccanari, edificio storico della metà del XVI sec.,, è stata recentemente ristrutturata mantenendo, però, i segni storici, per far assaporare ai nostri ospiti un'atmosfera di altri tempi.
