This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

The Clubhouse has 2 bd/2 ba with a full kitchen, living room & deck. It shares a 4-acre wooded lot with a 1 bd/1 ba cabin (rented separately) and tennis court, outdoor sauna & hot tub, stretching/exercise room, & walking trail. One bed is king-sized, one is a full. Plus there's a futon in the living room. A one-room bunk house (3 bunks) available to rent, too. Downtown Nisswa & Paul Bunyan Trail just 1 mile away. DOG FRIENDLY! The house is professionally cleaned between every reservation.

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. The great room provides a large gathering space, perfect for reunions and retreats. Enjoy your morning joe on the screened-in porch with serene views of Gull Lake. Take one of our pontoons out for the day and return to grill dinner on the private charcoal grill, and then gather around the firepit for a sunset drink. Gull Haven 704 provides the classic lakefront cabin experience.

Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Bike or stroll (or snowmobile!) straight into the town of Nisswa, home to shops, great coffee, and unique places to eat. In the warmer months, you might even see some turtles racing downtown!
