In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The house sits a little ways from the water , but the walk is level and easy. Private dock with ladder. 2 kayaks available for your use, 1 paddleboard, large jenga, cornhole are on the premises for your use.

Spend time by the pond and cast a line for a simple, relaxing escape (fishing poles not provided). Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Waterfall Cove - East

Enjoy 1,400 sq ft with a magnificent view of a 25 foot natural waterfall. Secluded, yet only 10 minutes from SC I-85 (Exit 2 and 4) at this unique and tranquil getaway in a cove on Lake Hartwell. Private entrance from deck, full kitchen, dining area, bedroom with new queen bed, bathroom, living room (queen pull-out bed with memory foam). Two TVs,high-speed fiber optic Internet. Sleeps four.
