My home is a 4 bedroom (3 double-bed & 1 single are non-AC), plus AC TV room with possibility of a single mattress in the big bedroom & living room, 2 bathrooms garden house with a dedicated work/play space for those wanting a quiet corner/for reading/games etc. It’s away from the hustle-bustle, equipped with modern amenities like bath tub, oven etc. It’s in Andretta, known for its pottery studios & art gallery. Stays warm in winter with plenty of sun & mud naturally keeps rooms cool in summer.
