Self-contained studio apartment set in a quiet street with easy walking distance to train station, shops, restaurants, beach and Carnoustie Golf Course. A bright, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge consists of a sofa and mounted TV. Kitchen area is well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and shower room. Off road parking directly in front of property. Travel to Arbroath, Dundee, Aberdeen or Edinburgh easily by train or bus.

It has a great golf course on the doorstep and lots to do beaches and visitor attractions close by. It is ideal for young families, couples and dog lovers (up to 2 medium sized dogs) with nature and long walks just outside the back door. You will need to bring a car.
