Το σπίτι είναι 135τμ και αποτελείται από:4 υπνοδωμάτια,σαλόνι κουζίνα ενιαίος χώρος με τζάκι,2 μπάνια και 2 μπαλκόνια.Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσετε ένα πλήρες γεύμα(κουζίνα -ψυγείο-βραστήρας-τοστιέρα).Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα.Σε δωμάτιο δίκλινο με μπάνιο και ψυγείο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτονομίας από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί η παραδοσιακή μας ταβέρνα «Παραλία”και σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τα παραδοσιακά φαγητά της Λακωνικής γης.

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Το μόνο που κάνετε εσείς είναι να κατεβείτε μερικά σκαλιά και να βουτήξετε στα κρυστάλλινα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά μας!!! Το σπίτι μας είναι πλήρης εξοπλισμένο για την διαμονή σας! Στη θάλασσα θα βρείτε ένα κανό και ένα θαλάσσιο ποδήλατο να εξερευνήσετε τις σπηλιές της περιοχής!

Koumaros is the name given to the house where you will be staying. It is also the name of the hill on which it is backed. The house dating from the early 1900s and entirely renewed, is located in the heart of Gythio, overlooking the Cultural Center square. After 90 steps you will be raised above the roofs of the houses and will contemplate the sea. Ideally located, Koumaros is close to all shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and bus stop.
