The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Enjoy our clean and light-filled guest house that is close to Carkeek park and centrally located to everything Seattle and surrounding areas have to offer. Modern kitchen & bathroom. We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. It offers a lot of windows and daylight with skylights in the kitchen and shower. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.

Close to everything the area has to offer, Phoebe's Pine Cone cottage is a great place to call home base during your Washington/Seattle travels. The cottage, which is on the back of the property, is comfortably and stylishly furnished. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch, 50' TV, super comfy beds and a firepit outside for your relaxation! Very close to light rail for visits into the city!
