Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt med kvällssol, egen strand och 300 meter till fastlandet för dig som jobbar, studerar i Sthlm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen, en ö med färja ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten" o bro 1/11-1/4. Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet (300 meter).

Välkommen till vår moderna ministuga i natursköna Tungelsta – bara 30 minuter från Stockholms innerstad. Här bor du granne med skogen, med närhet till Sörmlandsleden och vackra vandringsleder. Njut av en vedeldad bastu eller ett varmt bad i badtunnan – båda är igång året runt. Under sommaren (maj–sep) har du även tillgång till en uppvärmd pool, som håller ca 30 grader. Allt är privat och delas ej med andra. Ett mysigt semesterparadis för par, små familjer eller vänner - oavsett säsong.

Our house is ideal för hanging out, enjoying Sthlm or just to get out of town for a couple of days. Sutable for Families or a couple of friends who enjoy wineing, dineing and relaxing. Close to the ocean, city, hiking and all that the region has to provide. The outdoor kitchen is built in ”mediterranian style” and is usable all year around, for hanging out. Chillax in the outdoor jacuzzi or in the sauna after your hike/tour or businessmeeting in Stockholm innercity. Most welcome!

On our premises, we have a genuine village bakery house from the 18th century. Modern standard in a country style atmosphere, with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping loft for two. Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. If you want to self-cater, the supermarket is only 3 minutes walk away

In the heart of Gamla Enskede you find our spacious villa with room for the big family. 5 bedrooms upstairs of which one has a double bed. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway and 3 km to Södermalm. Local bakery and restaurants just 150 meters from the house. Prior to summer 2025 we upgraded the house with a private 6x3 m tempered pool in the sunny backside.
