The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

Pear Tree Cottage offers views of the beautiful countryside and land of the Eland Lodge estate. Cosy up on the sofa by the log burner and relax after the day’s explorations, or lounge on the comfy double bed in front of the TV. During the summer months you won’t be able to resist relaxing on your own private decked area. Main guest accommodation is on the first floor. A light bright open plan living space with kitchen, dining & lounge areas, two bright bedrooms & spacious shower room.

Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
