The Annex at Toad Hall near Alton Towers

A recently refurbished self contained cosy barn conversion that sleeps two in the mezzanine bedroom together with patio area and garden. It has its own separate entrance at the rear of Toad Hall situated in the main street of Abbots Bromley which has four good pubs and all on the doorstep. Situated just 7 miles from Rugeley or Uttoxeter within 20 minutes easy driving distance to Alton Towers 15 minutes from Shugborough Hall, Cannock Chase & Memorial Arboretum. Blithfield reservoir also nearby.

Please note, this listing is for stays in Orchard Barn only, for up to 6 guests, you will have exclusive use of the grounds & hot tub. Please look at our other listing 'Orchard Barn & Anvil Cottage' which sleeps up to 11 guests. Outside there is a 7 seat Hot Tub under an oak gazebo and a 2 acre field with a mown area about the size of a tennis court for ball games. Pear Tree Cottage offers views of the beautiful countryside and land of the Eland Lodge estate. Cosy up on the sofa by the log burner and relax after the day’s explorations, or lounge on the comfy double bed in front of the TV. During the summer months you won’t be able to resist relaxing on your own private decked area. Main guest accommodation is on the first floor. A light bright open plan living space with kitchen, dining & lounge areas, two bright bedrooms & spacious shower room.

Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
