The Pump House is beautifully refurbished to a very high standard providing guests with a delightful and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a King size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with walk-in waterfall shower. The living room has a wood burner, comfortable sofas and large dining table. This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

This fabulous open plan ground floor apartment is set in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. Private enclosed garden opening onto the main beautifully presented two acre garden beyond. The main garden opens for the National Garden Scheme. In 2024 the Salvia Microphylla which are dispersed around the gardens were awarded National Collection Status. Pub and shop in the village.
